Whatever is the cheapest for the customer is selected. The customer can ask for another shipping method, but we will send you an invoice for the amount needed to cover it. Every order is usually shipped within two days of the payment being received. If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be shipped when the Post Office is working again.
Returns:
Under most circumstances we do not accept refunds. So we enforce a 3 day returning policy, where you would be sent new items of the same you purchased.
For shocking pens, we will not give out refunds, due to customers abusing the policy. For stink bombs, and any other items that can be used one time will not be refunded, unless they are broken on arrival; which you can contact us if that does.
